Range Servant offers an easy-to-operate Motorized Unit, "the MOP", specifically designed to pick up balls at a golf driving range. Since the MOP unit rests on one steering wheel, it boasts a very tight turning radius. Due to its relatively low weight, it is easy on the turf it picks from. Unlike golf carts or other utility vehicles, its speed is governed for optimum picking efficiency with minimal vehicle and picker wear. Other utility vehicles are simply driven too fast.
The driver cabin is comfortable and sightlines are excellent through the large front window. With its strong nylon mesh cover, and steel net doors on both sides, it is safe for the operator to use the ball picker even while the range is in use.
The Motorized Picking Unit can be used in conjunction with the RS Ball Ditch to eliminate all manual ball handling on the range. Equipped with baskets that hydraulically tip, the MOP can dump picked balls into the water-filled Ball Ditch. From there the balls are circulate by a water pump, elevated into the Golf Ball Washer, and loaded into the Golf Ball Dispenser. All at the push of a Button.
